ALL FIREARM, UPPER, LOWER AND AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, ONCE SHIPPED, ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS.

Refunds on built to order items but not yet in production will incur a 15% cancellation fee once they are in production we cannot cancel. (including but not limited to: Lowers, Uppers, pistols, rifles, etc). Once shipped they are non refundable.
ITEMS MODIFIED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION OR CERAKOTED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOM AND THEREFORE NON REFUNDABLE AND NOT ABLE TO BE CANCELED, NO EXCEPTIONS
If you place an order and then cancel it for any reason you will receive a refund back to your credit card. You will, however, be charged a 15% restocking/cancellation fee for any order which is cancelled. This fee is non-refundable. You also agree not to initiate a chargeback to recover the restocking fee. If you do initiate a charge-back on an order you cancel you agree to pay all charge-back fees to Atheris Rifle Co and agree to let Atheris Rifle Co charge any payment method you have on file to recover any fees mentioned here within this clause. There are no refunds on firearms if the firearm has shipped from our premises. There are also no refunds on receiving an item and then returning it in a used condition. At our discretion we may credit you store credit for a returned item in brand new condition. Determination of whether an item has been used or not is the prerogative of Atheris Rifle Co. Uppers in which you customize and choose options are, according to law, made to order items.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of your item being delivered back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
ALL REGULATED ITEMS MUST SHIP TO A FFL HOLDER! THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
We can ship to virtually any address in the UNITED STATES. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some states. It is up to YOU, the buyer to ensure that you are in accordance with your state and local regulations. We will check state regulations before we ship, HOWEVER we accept no liability if you are found in possession of items prohibited by these regulations, any illegal possession of prohibited parts falls solely on the purchaser.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
